Overview
Our refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or replacement.
Replacements
If a product is damaged or lost during shipping, we may replace the item free of charge. However, we do have certain conditions that must be met in order to qualify for a replacement:
- Notify us of the damage upon receiving the product. Please provide pictures of the damaged item and any packaging that was used. Include the order number, the cost of the product, and any other relevant information to help us file a claim.
- If the item is lost, contact eupure@wellconnekt.com with tracking and updates. Do not apply to the carrier for a lost item.
- The replacement policy only covers items that are damaged or lost during shipping. It does not cover damage that occurs after the item has been received.
- The replacement policy is only applicable for one-time use. Subsequent replacement requests may not be honored.
Please do not return any items. We do not accept returned goods.
Refunds
If replacement is not an option, we may offer full or partial refunds. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We may offer exchanges to help with backordered or out of stock items. If you need to exchange it for a different item, there may be a difference in price. If the new product is less expensive than your original purchase, a credit will be applied to your account for your next purchase. If the new product is more expensive, your original out of stock item will be refunded and you will place an order for the new product. Shipping may be refunded if we’re able to ship the product with the orginal order. Shipping fees will be applied to the new product order otherwise.
